I do a few special commissions a year – they are a great way to celebrate your pet, or to remember a beloved companion. *Samples:* Profile portrait Action portrait Head portrait *Commission Fee:* $250 – includes: one original artwork created from you photographs, one proof, one round of revisions Prints sold separately (see below) _How it Works:_ You send a photograph or photographs of your pet, in the pose you would like to see captured. Please note if you would like a ‘Profile, Action, or Head portrait’ (see samples above). • If you send multiple images, please mark one photo as the primary image. • Please be aware that I will be working directly from your photos to capture the outline of your pet, please send only photos that clearly show your pet. Instructions for submitting photographs: Digital photographs must be 8x10” or larger, physical prints must be 5x7” or larger. I prefer large digital photos, but I can work with your physical prints, or photocopies – I cannot guarantee the safe return of these photos, please do not send one-of-a-kinds, or heirlooms. Special Requests: If you have special requests, like: ‘please do not use the ears from photo3.jpg’ I will do my best to accommodate, please note all special requests with the order form. Color: If you have a particular color in mind, or better yet, a paint chip or fabric sample that you are trying to match, please send a digital photo, scan, photocopy, or notation to that effect. _Art Proof_ When the original artwork is ready for your review, I will send you a Proof (in pdf format). If a color preference was not specified, I will show 2-3 options for colors. _Revisions_ If the proof is not satisfactory, you may request one round of revisions. For instance, you could request: 1 color variation and a slight change to the subject’s foot. One revised proof will be submitted for your approval. Any subsequent revisions will be charged at an hourly fee ($85/hr). However, if you decide to alter the overall pose or outline at the proof stage, you will need to start a new commission, and submit new photos. *Ordering Prints:* We will set up a special online store for your original print – you may order as many prints as you like, and the print edition will stay open for 90 days. Your print will not be available to the general public until 1 year from the date of order.
